transform: translateX(0%);\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"carousel-item d-flex flex-column justify-content-center elementor-repeater-item-2860541\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"carousel-item-inner pos-rel w-100\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"carousel-item-content pos-rel w-100\">\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"186\" data-end=\"338\">Diplomatic cooperation is based on a legal framework that facilitates mobility and consultation between the two foreign ministries.<\/p><p data-start=\"340\" data-end=\"656\" class=\"translation-block\">On March 9, 2016, in Conakry, an Agreement on the Reciprocal Exemption of Diplomatic, Service, and Official Visas, as well as the issuance of visas on arrival for holders of ordinary passports, was signed. This agreement constitutes a key pillar of diplomatic cooperation between the two countries.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"carousel-item d-flex flex-column justify-content-center elementor-repeater-item-4a155d1\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"carousel-item-inner pos-rel w-100\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"carousel-item-content pos-rel w-100\">\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"658\" data-end=\"1007\" class=\"translation-block\">On the same date and between the same authorities, the two countries also concluded an Agreement on Regular Diplomatic Consultations, establishing a permanent dialogue mechanism between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs.
