Cultural cooperation is based on a series of memorandums signed on October 9, 2024, in Kigali, under the supervision of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs.

• socio-cultural initiatives for human exchange

The signing was carried out by representatives of both governments. These agreements aim to promote talent, bring people closer together, and implement bilateral programs that foster social innovation, professional exchanges, and the development of young people.
