The judicial aspect was strengthened on October 9, 2024 in Kigali by the conclusion of two major instruments:

• Extradition agreement
• Agreement on mutual legal assistance in criminal matters

These agreements were signed by the foreign ministers, representing the Guinean government and the Rwandan government.

They aim to harmonize the fight against transnational crime, facilitate bilateral judicial procedures and ensure better cooperation in criminal investigations.
