As part of strengthening consular assistance and security monitoring for Guinean nationals in Rwanda, the Embassy of the Republic of Guinea in Kigali has established a register for the identification and registration of Guineans residing or wishing to stay in the Republic of Rwanda for a period of six (06) months or more.
This approach aims to create a reliable and up-to-date database, enabling each compatriot to clearly identify their consular district of attachment as well as the competent contact person within the consular division, in order to facilitate communication and ensure rapid and effective assistance when needed.
